Terms of Service
Effective August 3, 2026. These terms cover three things: text messaging with us, your use of this website, and the insulation work we carry out.

Who these terms are with
CG Insulation ("we", "us", "our") is an insulation contractor working out of Ellenwood and Clayton, GA, serving metro Atlanta, north Georgia, western North Carolina and upstate South Carolina. "You" means anyone using this website or engaging us for work. Contact: (678) 760-6516 · cginsulation03@gmail.com. We answer 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
1. Text messaging (SMS)
Program description
We use text messaging to respond to enquiries, ask the questions needed to scope a job, confirm appointments, and follow up about work in progress. We do not send bulk marketing blasts.
How you opt in
You opt in by texting us first, by giving us your mobile number and asking us to text you, or by submitting a form on this site where you have agreed to be contacted by text. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your enquiry and your job — typically a handful of messages around scheduling and the work itself. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You can still reach us by phone on (678) 760-6516 or by email.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, or call or text (678) 760-6516.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and device.
Privacy
Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
2. Website use
What this site is for
This website describes our services and lets you request a quote. It is provided for general information. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a fixed price, or professional advice about your specific building.
Accuracy of what you read here
We keep the site accurate, but insulation is assembly-specific: guidance written for a typical house may not fit yours. Anything on this site about materials, methods or what a job involves is general and is superseded by the written scope we give you for your property.
Acceptable use
- Do not use this site unlawfully, or to harm, overload or interfere with it
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
- Do not scrape, republish or resell the content as your own
- Do not submit false information, or someone else’s details, through our forms
Content and intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics and logo on this site are ours or licensed to us, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Photographs on service and material pages are licensed stock images used for illustration; they are not photographs of our own completed work unless a caption says otherwise.
Forms and third-party services
Our quote form is hosted by a third-party provider, and submitting it sends your information to that provider on our behalf so we can respond. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Availability
We do not promise the site will always be available or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
3. Service terms
Quotes and scope
We assess the property — the attic, the crawl space, or the plans — before quoting. You receive a written scope describing the work and the material to be used, and the price for that scope. No work begins without your approval of that scope. Any figure given before an inspection is an indication only, not a quote.
Changes discovered during work
Insulation work regularly uncovers things that were not visible at the assessment — failed material, water damage, pest activity, or framing that differs from what was expected. If we find something that changes the scope or the price, we stop and tell you before continuing. You decide whether to proceed.
Access and site conditions
You agree to provide safe access to the areas being worked on at the agreed time. Some conditions must be resolved before insulation can safely be installed — active leaks, standing water, exposed or unsafe wiring, pest infestation, or structural problems. Where we find these we will tell you; they are outside our scope unless we have agreed in writing to handle them.
Scheduling
We agree a date with you and will tell you as early as we can if anything needs to move. Weather, access problems and the condition found on site can affect timing. Job duration is confirmed on arrival, once we have inspected the property closely.
Pricing, payment and cancellation
The price, any deposit, the payment schedule and any cancellation or rescheduling terms are set out in the written quote for your job and agreed before work starts. Those job-specific terms govern; this page does not override them.
Standard of work
We carry out work with reasonable skill and care, and install materials in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for the assembly concerned. Manufacturer product warranties, where they exist, are between you and that manufacturer, and we will tell you what applies to the material used on your job.
What insulation can and cannot do
Insulation reduces heat transfer and, in the right assembly, improves comfort and sound. It is not a moisture-control system, a pest-control measure, a structural repair or an HVAC system, and we make no representation about specific energy savings, bill reductions or temperature outcomes for your property — those depend on your building, your equipment and how you use them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for pre-existing defects we did not cause, or for problems arising from conditions we identified and you chose not to address. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
4. General
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. The version published here at the time you engage us is the version that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Work performed in another state is additionally subject to that state's applicable requirements.
